01Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

1. Open Unsavd.
2. Go to Profile, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.

02Can't open the app? Ask us here

Fill in the form below with the email address you signed in with, or email [email protected] from that address. We will confirm it is you, delete the account and tell you when it's done. We aim to finish within 7 days and always within 30 days.

03What is deleted

Your profile (name, display name, avatar), saved spots, Food Passport stamps and badges, your recap, push tokens and your settings. Reports and removal requests you sent are kept without any link to you.

04What we may keep, and for how long

• Records we must keep by law, or need to prevent fraud and abuse.
• Aggregated or anonymous statistics that cannot identify you.

05Signing in with Google or Apple

Deleting your Unsavd account does not delete your Google or Apple account.

06Videos

Videos you watched stay on Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. Deleting your Unsavd account does not change anything on those platforms.
