Content and Takedown Policy
How we show videos. Unsavd never hosts, copies or re-uploads creators' videos. Every video plays through the official Instagram, YouTube or TikTok embed, so the video stays on the creator's own account and under the creator's control. If a creator deletes a video or makes it private, it stops playing in Unsavd.
How we get spot details. Venue names, areas and locations come from public sources and our own review. Menus and prices come from public venue sources and from our team. Every spot is checked by a person or by an automatic check followed by human review of anything uncertain.
If you own or manage a place. You can ask us to:
- Send us your menu.
- Correct something wrong (a name, a dish, a price, a location).
- Remove or hide your place.
If you are a creator. You can ask us to remove a video or stop showing your content in Unsavd. You can also delete the post on your platform, and it will stop appearing.
How to ask. Use Settings, Request removal in the app, or email [email protected] with: your name and role, the place or video link, what you want us to do, and a way to confirm you are allowed to ask (for a place: a link to your official page or an email from your business domain). Every request is reviewed by a person.
What happens next. We aim to reply within 7 days and act within 30. Nothing is removed automatically. We may ask you to confirm who you are. We may refuse a request that looks false or abusive.
Copyright. If you believe something in Unsavd infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with what the work is, where it appears, your contact details and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We will review it promptly.
Wrong information. Use "Report wrong info" on any spot page.
